Add to large frying pan with 2 tbl veg. oil. Brown and remove.&lt;br /&gt;Saute the mushrooms over high heat in butter, and remove.&lt;br /&gt;Saute lightly the onions, then add the peppers with another tbsp of oil until lightly browned then remove.&lt;br /&gt;Rewarm the potatos in pan with tbsp of oil, then add remainder of ingredients and stir over medium heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Avocado omelettes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 avocado, thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;6 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1/8 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;1 cup shredded cheese blend&lt;br /&gt;1 tbl butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take eggs and milk and 1/2 tsp salt. Whisk until blended for about 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;Add mix to medium saucepan with 1 tbsp butter. Cook for 2 min over medium heat, or until the eggs are cooked through.  Add cheese and fold over.  When cheese melted, remove from pan and place avocado slices on top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Waffles were Bisquick. Thank God for Bisquick!  Should be a memorial in DC for the inventor...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Strawberry preserves for waffles&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cups frozen whole strawberries&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup water&lt;br /&gt;3 tbl sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 half lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In small saucepan add water, strawberries and sugar on low heat. Squeeze lemons to add juice to mix. Rapid boil for about 10 minutes to soften the strawberries and reduce the juices. Stir until the strawberries fall apart. Remove and put in pouring bowl. Whisk in half and half and cream. Then blend in cumin and salt. Toss tomato, onion, cilantro, chili's and bell pepper and sprinkle on top of pie crust. Pour egg mixture over that and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MONKEY BREAD   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup chopped pecans&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup granulated sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp ground cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;4 pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits&lt;br /&gt;1 cup packed brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup butter, melted&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of well greased 10-inch fluted tube pan; set aside. In a small bowl stir together granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll each biscuit piece in the sugar mixture and place in prepared pan, arranging pieces to fill the pan evenly. In a small bowl stir together brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and melted butter; pour over biscuits. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until dark golden brown and top springs back when gently touched. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Invert onto a serving platter. While broiling the salmon, combine oil, butter, parsley, salt, and lemon juice in a pan and saute the 1/2 mushroom which has been cut into four slices. Turn the mushrooms several times for both sides coverage. When darkened and softened, add half-and-half, and let it simmer slightly. Add corn starch. Mix the mixture around until a separation takes place between the oil in the mixture and the cream-lace. Pour out the clear oil. Remove the salmon from the broiler and set it out on the plate, above the leaf of lettuce. Add lemon juice and process until liquid. Pour into 5” rounds and dehydrate overnight at 110 degrees. Do not overdry, you want them to be flexible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cashew Vanilla Cream&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Pulp from 1 young cocnut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;½ cup cashews, soaked overnight&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Splash of vanilla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Place the cashews in Vitmix blender and blend on high speed. Add coconut meat and vanilla. Process until well blended.&lt;br /&gt;Spoon the Cashew Vanilla Cream into half the crepe. Top with berries and add more cream. Combine whipping cream and powdered sugar. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco and pour into skillet.  As the eggs begin to dry around the edges, add tomatoes, chilies and cheese. Allow to cook about 5 minutes. Gently fold the egg in half and allow to cook another 2 minutes.
